Why I can't use the ID of an element metadata?

Hello everyone! I’m trying to use the ID of an element metadata of one section and add it to a button in the same page, but it doesn’t work. I would like to redirect from that button to a section in the same page. I already saw a video where @Nicholas explain the process, but the ID in “properties” hasn’t the hashtag Thanks in advance
