Calendar Embedded on Unbounce Page - Want to Redirect to Another Unbounce Page After Scheduling an Appointment

I have a ScheduleOnce calendar embedded on a page. Once you click submit it does not re-direct just says that the appointment has been scheduled. I would like this to go to a “Thank You” landing page. How can I do that?
