Multi-Step Forms Help

I have created a landing page and published it however when I click the link it loads page near the bottom. I have been advised that it is being caused by the code used for the Multi-Step form however I cannot workout why it keeps loading the page at the form the page: https://promotions.futurefit.co.uk/sop-march-promo-2019/ Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
