DTR into email subject line

Hi everyone One of our clients wants to be able to see which of his Google Ads campaigns his enquiries from his landing pages are coming from. So I was wondering whether there is a way to: a.) Populate a hidden field in the Unbounce form that uses DTR to automatically fill that information from the campaign so that it can appear in the enquiry response he gets. b.) Populate the subject line of the enquiry he receives with the details of the Google Ads campaign c.) Any other way we can set this up so that he can see which ad campaign specific enquiries come from 😃 I hope the above makes sense, let me know if it doesn’t Kind regards Nicole
