How do I make a Sticky Bar offset from the top of the page

Hi all, I want to add a sticky bar to our website but it already has a fixed (sticky) navigation at the top of the page that is 65px in height. Is there a way to have my top sticky bar start 65px down from the top of the page so it appears below the navigation?
