How to add conversions via embedded components on the unbounce page?

I am using a page that brings in a form through iframe. There is no “page” that the submit goes to in order to place your external link tracking…how can I add this to conversions.  I also have a different page that brings in a form through a script. Again, I would like to add this to the conversion rate. thank you

PDF Downloads in Unbounce

How do I capture how many people are downloading my patient education guide in unbounce? The only leads I’m able to capture is how many filled out a form. Would like data on how many downloads as well.

Time triggered pop-up opt-in form

Has anyone created a time triggered pop-up opt-in form to allow a site visitor full access to either download a pdf or watch a video?  Would this be a javascript add-on or would this be a 3rd party integration?
