Title and Meta Data - Dynamic Text for Keywords - How do I format the keywords and best way to import them?

Hello everybody! I am having trouble figuring out how to add multiple dynamic keywords in the “Title and Meta Data” section. Unfortunately, it does not explain how to properly format multiple dynamic keywords. For example how would I format these keywords using this format? [landing page URL]?[parameter]=[value] +irrigation +repair +valve [sprinkler repair valve] “sprinkler valve leaking” My second problem I have been having trouble with what is the most efficient way to take the keywords from either Google Adwords or Excel and adding them as dynamic keywords like I am trying to do above? Thanks for any help in advance!!

First Landing Page
