Forms to work similar to Google Forms?

Hi Folks, I want to create a form that has different sections and based on what the customer clicks on the each section will forward them to a different part of the form. The form will ideally have quote a lot of text above the input fields that would change with the form parts. Similar to the way a Google form works. Is this possible? Thanks

Value Attribute

Hi Folks, Is there any way to use a value attribute jQuery function to output with a new ID. For example: I have a dropdown with the field ID ‘dropdown1’ but the var values output will have the ID ‘dropdown2’ This is so I can capture 2 different types of data from 1 field in a form. Thanks
