Feedback on my Landing Page - Why is my Contact Form not converting enough?

Hi there ! I’m currently running a PPC campaign via Adwords and I’m having trouble converting visitors on my landing page. Of course, I want people to complete and send the contact form, but I also added a phonenumber button (just because sometimes people want to be able to call immediately). After running this campain for a little while, I’ve noticed that my results are not what I expected they would be. I though that maybe my landing page is not completly on point in terms of visual graphic or textual content. I’d tried using my original website colors, as well as some parts of the texts visitors can usually find on it but it seems like it’s not enough. On an other version of the landing page, I’ve reduce the amount of information asked on the contact and the overall amount of text. I’ve also change the colors a bit to make it clearer. Now that I’ve done all this changes, I was wondering if I could get your feedback on my landing page from real pros! Thanks in advance. Here are my fi
