Unbounce and GTM: Forms firing twice no matter what method I use

So, I’ve tried every way to do this to no avail. I tried the Custom Event with event name “gtm.formSubmit but that didn’t work. General form submission same thing. They fire, but they fire twice. My LP is hosted on its own subdomain. No matter what I try, it doesn’t fire or it fires twice when I submit the form and get the popup confirmation.

Form Submissions TWO Actions - Pass Data and Email Lead Notification

Currently have our form doing Post Data to URL and it goes to a string that feeds into a CRM and redirects to a success page. But this disables email notification integrations. Any way to add an email notification on top of that?

DTR that changes links as well?

So I’ve managed to figure out how to work with Dynamic Text Replacement. But can anyone help me changed the DTR link as well? Text changes based on parameter but the link remains the same.

Dynamic text replacement: don’t parse dash as space? V2.0

Did Unbounce ever fix this? There is a topic on this already that is dead so I thought I’d renew it here. Basically when you use DTR, any dashes are rendered as spaces - which sucks for phone numbers 😦 The solution provided in the post by @leah.ann didn’t work for me (but if you read this Leah, you’re a whiz! Passing form info using POST with a Action URL that feeds to Velocify (a crm that has a dialer on it)

How would I do this using Unbounces forms? On PHP it looks like this: The the fields have IDs and Names that feed into the CRM: Agent Last Name* I’m not sure if its the name or ID the CRM (e.g. alname) looks for but it does look for specific ids/names to populate the info correctly. How would I go about this with Unbounce?
