Does unbounce customer service exist?

Thanks Jess, I have found your customer service levels adequate at best. Why have a chat with a live person if it is never available, or when it shows available, the minute you type a sentence it cuts you off, closes down and then says, sorry nobody is available. I thought this was supposed to be a simple service that allows anyone to make a landing page. However I am finding this is really for a developer. I will be looking at other options. Regardless of the issue, the mere fact that it took me a full week to get a solution is unacceptable. Trudy Field www.bairdwarner.com
