Email CSV For Each New Lead

Calyx is desktop/ server software (not cloud/ online), so you will need to import by CSV. I’d suggest using Zapier by connecting Unbounce to Google Sheets. Then you can download daily as CSV. This may be overkill to get a paid Zapier account if this is the only use. I’ve got an enterprise level Zapier account. If all you need is this one connection, I may be able to set it up for you in my account.

Custom Append URL with Form Fields

I can’t quite remember why we needed this, and all of our systems are running well now. But I’m also quite sure that we will encounter this again soon, so I’m glad this thread is going. Thanks @Hristian for offering some coding help. As soon as the issue arises again, I will be reaching out !

Appending "Page Variables" into the URL

I’m not sure if this is relevant, but I’ve been scouring for hours looking for a way to append my form submission URL with just some of the form parameters, but not all. In other words, I do not want to use the automated ‘append form data to url’ feature. The reason is because I am redirecting the person to the same page, where they can enter another report. This is not a lead gen thing, it’s being used for law clients who are submitting multiple event reports, each of which must be sent as a separate submission. But if I use the ‘append’ feature, then the redirected page form will display all of their info from the last report. I need to control which hidden form fields get appended to the url, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do this or what the format is in unbounce. Should be something like mywebsite.com?hiddenfield=~fielddata~ . Anyone?

How to create auto-filled email form fields?

Yes, and since Hubspot likely matches form submissions by email address, you could make the Unbounce email field ‘hidden’ , thereby preventing the contact from changing the address and creating a mis-match in their reply. When the form is submitted, it will pass the hidden email back over to Hubspot, assuming you’ve got the form linked back to there somehow. We use Infusionsoft, and will sometimes pass the data to an existing Infusion custom form, or I’ll use Zapier and create the connection there, which allows for more complex field-matching scenarios, tagging, filtering etc.

Setting up Paginated (multipage) conversion forms in Unbounce?

Hi Andy. We have this working, but maybe not the only way to do it. We built one page, then made a copy of it for each step in the multi-step process, and then made each form submission redirect URL point to the next page. May seem cumbersome, but it works. Just be sure to have your main template looking exactly how you want before you start duping it, otherwise you may have to go back and re-style every page you duplicate.

Contact Form Recipient Based on ZIP Code?

No problem. Main thing is to have the County + Zip database together, and then have an area or console where you can assign counties to your offices or users. You don’t want to assign specific zip codes to offices unless you’ve got hundreds of offices all over the place. If you have multiple offices in some counties, then you may want to consider using a round robin to distribute leads evenly in this order Zip=County=Round Robin 1, 2, 3 and so on.

Yeah, well- the database is the first layer, and it controls what goes into the CRM based on the rules. I’m not sure how to send a private message on here, but I could send you a quick video tour if that’d help you understand. Not sure what kind of scale you’re looking to grow, but we have customized this system for a few different industries.

Contact Form Recipient Based on ZIP Code?

We’ve been doing lead routing by Zip Code / County database for several years. In our case, we have offices assigned to a county or multiple counties which are then keyed to a separate table of zipcodes in our SQL database. We have a rules management console that then creates the contact in our CRM (Infusionsoft), and runs a custom action set for the local office. If you set up a system like this, you could use Unbounce Webhook to deliver the lead data to the database. Depends on what other crm or systems you use for your business. You’ll want to get an updated Zip database… there’s always a few new zips and changes by the USPS each year. https://www.zipinfo.com/products/cz/cz.htm

Existing landing page look-a-like

We use Unbounce + Infusionsoft + Wordpress, and everything works great. Here’s the Infusionsoft setup article http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/204170890-Adding-Infusionsoft Your website is nice, and should be pretty easy to replicate the style in Unbounce. If you’re not a coder and can’t find some of the styles or textures native in Unbounce, get your developer to write some custom CSS. Unbounce is extremely flexible with custom code, Javascript etc. There’s also a WP plugin, but I haven’t used it https://wordpress.org/plugins/unbounce/screenshots/ Ditto on Joe’s comment “Once you get started you’ll be hooked… trust me!” Good luck, and have fun!
