About the Technical Questions category

Hi there, I would like to have a combination of 2 columns and 1 column within the same form. I.e. the ‘first name’, ‘last name’, ‘company’ and ‘email’ should be divided into 2 columns, whereas the two checkboxes for the agreement statements should be in 1 column. Is anyone able to help me make this possible? Thank you in advance! Masha
