Can I send a POST FORM to a WEBSERVICE?

I’m just the client, the webservice that I want connect is the Oracle CRM. All I know is the I have to create a middleware of unbounce and webservice  of the Oracle. Do you have a example of php code, that receive the data of the fields of the unbounce? I find the php code but this code have some obj deprecated. Thanks, Rafael.

Hi Stefanos, Thanks for the help, but zapier from what I saw will not work for me, because I need get the leads from the unbounce e record this in another environment that uses SOAP and REST webservice. I need some middleware to make this connection with unbounce and this another system. Do you know if someone already did this before? Thanks, Rafael.
