In-person meetups? 🤔

Hey Jess - oh sorry, ‘Overlord’ 😉 That sounds like a great idea! Seeing real humans is always better than just text on a screen! I’m coming from a developer background with new marketing experience, so I’m interested in the technical side of how people use Unbounce, for themselves or for clients. Not only that but I love the psychology behind a landing page and what leads people to click that call. Also tips for getting and keeping clients would be splendid. I’m in Victoria on Vancouver Island which, as you know Jess, isn’t that far from Vancouver, but the journey to your office is a bit of a mission. Looking forward to hopefully hearing from others in the area! All the best, Jim

Add send email to conversion goals

Hi @Niels_de_Jonge. I’ve just tested, and it looks like the ‘Send an email’ Action for a button doesn’t actually show up as a Conversion Goal. ‘Go to URL’ and ‘Call a number’ do, but ‘Send an email’ doesn’t. Time to email Unbounce support I imagine 🙂

I cant add Form and cant find if there is any existing form on Page

I’d definitely imagine that it was in a Lightbox somewhere. That row of tabs up top is kinda stealthy so it’s hard to notice it at first, but once you get the hang of the layout, you’re golden!

One page with multiple URL's?

To add to these previous suggestions, you can also use Unbounce’s Dynamic Text Replacement feature to add in someone’s name to the page, based on the name you put in the URL. This makes a landing page easily to personalise, normally increasing the conversion rate 👍

Landing page feedback for Email lead generation Golf addicts

Hey @LeftyLuke. I would second a few things that @Allen said. If it weren’t for my inquisitive nature I would have thought that there was nothing below the fold as I just saw a big ‘Coming Soon’ and a plain blue stripe down the bottom. Luckily I have a new trackpad and am doing lots of scrolling, which led me to find the rest of your page below the fold! I also agree that there’s too many other links, ie distractions on the page. If it’s main aim is to be an email lead generation, I would only focus on the top two sections - the hero and the form - and remove the four menu options and instagram section. Some kind of social proof would give credence / kudos to your brand. Also a little section / story on how golf gloves suck these days and are really boring, but you’re tearing up the rule book and making them cool again! Something like that 🙂 I hope that helps!

That was an awesome analysis of the page, @Nicholas! Looks like the OP has implemented many of your suggestions already. Do you work for Unbounce by any chance? I’ve been improving landing pages for some time now and would love to do this kind of remote consulting / landing page advice-giving 🙂 Cheers!
