Favicon not working

Hi there, Hoping someone can help me with my favicon on my landing page. I have uploaded the following link to my javascript: < link rel=“icon” type=“image/x-icon” href=“https://i.ibb.co/f4rCPTh/s-3.png” / > Can anyone see why it wouldn’t be working? Thanks!
