The biggest issue I see is that there are too many offers on the page. Between request a consultation, request a floor plan, contact us and the popup for a confidential discussion, it’s not clear what it is the user is supposed to do. I would stick to one thing and push that, preferably something that has a clear benefit to it. Why would someone want a consultation or discussion? What’s in it for them?
I would eliminate the search additional properties button all together. That just leads them off the page and away from the offer. So does the video. I would embed it on the page instead of sending them to Youtube where they could get lost down the rabbit hole and not return.
The copy is pretty generic and doesn’t really do anything to entice a potential buyer or move them toward your desired action. Try to use specifics that are easy to picture and stir emotion. Think about your target audience’s motivations and anything that could add friction. You may also want to add urgency, if possible. Try to make the reader feel like they need to act fast or someone else will beat him or her to it.
As for the design, the margins seem a bit off, at least on my laptop. Also, the hero section is pretty hard to read over the image. I would add more contrast or put some sort of filter over the image. And having the calls to action off to the right is a bit odd. You want to put them were people expect to see them, and make them stand out more.
Best of luck!
