I like the design, I can’t see much improvement in this area. Does your competitor use the same call to action?
Do most people who buy this already have an oxygen tank, or they are shopping for their first one?
Since you are using facebook to drive traffic, maybe your targeting is off? I don’t have much experience with facebook ads but perhaps your competitor has built stronger audiences or has a other layer that your not picking up on.
Most people that we are hoping to target are using oxygen tanks and looking for a less limiting option.

May be you should mention " No payments for up to 12 months! " , somewhere below your main copy. Or a phrase like “Free for One Year”. I think it should be seen on first sight the customer lands on your page.
