Issues with Destination Not Working in Google Ads

Hi,

I’ve been struggling to resolve an error with one of our landing pages where ads are being disapproved in Google Ads due to the destination not working. However, the destination is working and has been tested, it appears to be a problem with Google’s Bot crawlers that are feeding back some kind of DNS error, but I can’t detect any issues with the site from my side. Could it potentially be a problem with the subdomain that Google doesn’t like? So far, support haven’t been very helpful with just generic replies. Any ideas welcome.

Could you verify if there are any reported issues with your site in Google Search Console. Sometimes, it can provide specific insights into what Google’s crawlers are encountering. And you could double-check your DNS settings to ensure everything is configured correctly. Make sure there are no issues with the subdomain's DNS records.
