Hi,

I have been an Unbouncer for some time so am pretty well versed in how it all works. I am struggling to understand a certain result at the moment.

We set up an experiment in AdWords were we are sending 50% of clicks to the original website https://www.adrianflux.co.uk/extras/learner-driver/ and 50% to an Unbounce landing page https://go.adrianflux.co.uk/learner-driver-insurance-1/

Currently the website is outperforming the landing page slightly, but the landing page also has Google trackable numbers which the website does not. So with that in mind the landing page is converting substantially lower for callback submissions.

I have been championing the use of landing pages for some time and have been surprised so far by the lower conversion rates.

Any feedback is welcome, the landing page is an exact duplicate of what is being used at the moment so as to not skew the Unbounce page stats.

1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve? Give as much detail as possible

Increase conversion rate

2: How are you driving traffic to your page?

Google AdWords

3: What is your conversion goal?

Form submission or call to Google trackable number

4: Provide a link to your published landing page / convertable:

https://go.adrianflux.co.uk/learner-driver-insurance-1/

Thanks in advance

Hi Dez, here’s a short, unlisted video with some feedback about your page:

Good luck!

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

We have been doing a split test funnily enough with more of the blue as you mentioned and at this time it is not converting as well. Reasoning behind going for the four star Trustpilot banner was to appear realistic but I will look into testing that idea.

Thanks again.

I think your new landing page is great however the two big things that stick out to me are:

4/5 trustpilot doesn’t look great.

Also, when you click the form, the website submission form is more logical and has better content than your unbounce one. I’d focus on improving the form, or even building it into the page.
