We are getting great conversations and signups, the issue is every time I try and fix the mobile part it always changes the desktop view. Why can’t I not have two separate looking sites? Please check it out on mobile as well. Thanks in advance, this community seems very helpful.

But, in terms of optimization, there is more to just moving stuff around. You should also consider page load times, image size and quality, how much scrolling, condensing copy, etc.
Using a tool like HotJar can also be of real benefit to see how users are interacting with your page.
