I have a landing page I am building for a medical device company for their newly signed up physicians and they need to fill out a form. On this same page we also want them to be able to add their own photo so we can use it for their profile page. Is this possible?

Thanks for posting in the Community. Great question, btw.

 

I can see that a file upload option would be necessary for your use case. The native Unbounce forms do not allow for such a feature. Your best bet here would be to embed a 3rd party form with that functionality, such as Jotform, 123Form Builder or Typeform. If you’re using the Classic Builder you can embed the form using the Custom HTML block. If you’re using the Smart Builder then we have apps for both Jotform and Typeform.
