I like the look of the graphic and layout, but I wouldn’t call this a landing page. It’s really a page for people who’re already sold on the guide and now just need to buy it.
If you want it to function as a landing page from a banner or email, perhaps a more compelling heading above the image, along with a couple of really critical dot points and a “see more great value below” to get people to read more and become more convinced they need it.
