Hi! I need a store locator built for an Unbounce landing page for a healthcare client.



  • Search/display the primary care practices (currently 19 across three counties in SC and GA)

  • Allows users to find the location closest to them, either by GPS or by plugging in their address or zip code

  • As there are several locations with the same street address, just different suite numbers, it needs to display as a list as well as a map with pins, with the closest location first

  • Locations as displayed should include contact info as well as be able to be linked to their individual location pages on the main site

  • Driving directions would be an optional feature
