There is the following Question that came up:


Does anyone have a process or Guideline for Onboarding Clients properly?


I am working towards a streamlined process to take on new Client that consists of:



  • Strategy (customer journey, keyword research, etc.)

  • Creating Landing page (Corporate identity, fonts, etc.)

  • Setting up Adwords (account structure, keyword research)

  • Setting up conversion tracking

  • etc.


I assume other agencies have that as well and Maybe Unbounce provides a ressource like this to ist customers.

Great question. I don’t have a good answer, but I might be able to point you in the right direction. There are two groups on Facebook that I follow that help agencies with questions just like these. They might have some good insights for a question like this. The first group is called Scale My Digital Agency and the second one is called Marketing Agency Success. I’m not affiliated with either, but they’ve both been very helpful for learning how to build better processes.
