Any thoughts welcome here!
I have a website footer which contains details about my lead magnet and a sign up form with two sign up fields: Name and Email Address.
I am thinking about testing whether placing a button to link out to a sign up page would improve my conversion rate rather than showing the sign up fields directly.
Logically I would have thought that the sign up fields would win as it reduces friction, but on the other hand I do hear things about permission marketing which make me think that it’s not a done deal
Just wondered if anyone has done any testing on similar?
