I am facing wordpress Admin Area Issue. Website is opening fine. But When I try to access Admin area then it takes too much load time and most of the cases timeout problem occurs. I tried to disable all the plugins, changed theme, try to shift website to another server. But the problem is still there. Anyone faced that type of issue. Help plz.

There is no server load or too much traffic issue.
