Hi Unbounce community, hoping to get some help here. On my dashboard I see the number of conversions doesn’t tally with the real number of leads. I understand that there are 3 possible reasons:Setting multiple goals Setting external goals on Script Manager Having someone with the same IP address submitting the form or achieving a goal twiceBut I’ve ruled these out. Does anyone have a possible explanation for this? Appreciate it!

Why is my number of conversions greater than number of leads?

Hi Unbounce community, hoping to get some help here. On my dashboard I see the number of conversions doesn’t tally with the real number of leads. I understand that there are 3 possible reasons:

Setting multiple goals
Setting external goals on Script Manager
Having someone with the same IP address submitting the form or achieving a goal twice

But I’ve ruled these out. Does anyone have a possible explanation for this? Appreciate it!

It could be that one of your goals doesn’t have the ability to collect information? Hard to say without looking at the page .

Thanks for your reply! I’ve checked with Unbounce support, they’ve checked with me on the 3 points, but we couldn’t arrive at a conclusion.
