I used the PayPal email link for the form submission, it was working yesterday when I was testing the published page but today it is giving me an error? Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
Any ideas how I get a form to go to a paypal shopping cart correctly? The link is correct when I use it directly it is taking me to the cart

How strange is that I still get the error
Try clearing your cookies/cache.
I ran the test on Chrome running on mac osx.
