Hi, I'm getting a sad face error message when I check my button link in preview. Link works outside of Unbounce. What am I missing?

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

 

I was able to open your page in preview mode without any issue. If you are still seeing the error message, have you tried disabling your cache and cookies, then reload the page? Or tried opening the app in Incognito mode? That hopefully should do the trick.

Thanks Oliver. Is disabling cache and cookies the same thing as clearing them?
