I am wondering how to make a sticky bar button that goes to a URL, close upon a visitor clicking on it. I know there’s a “close on click” option for button actions, but I have to pick either that or the URL option.

The use case here is getting a EU cookie notice sticky bar on the website, but with both Accept and Decline options. They both link to commands for our Marketo system opting them into cookies or opting out (which are URLs).
