There are few leads that has not synced with Hubspot completely. How can we Resync the leads back into Hubspot?

And is there a way to download only the bad leads with erros?

Thank you

Hey there @Faiyaz_Force,

Thanks for reaching out in the Community :-)

If you have encountered HubSpot integration errors, you can resubmit the data over to HubSpot by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to the Page Overview.
  2. Click on the Integrations tab.
  3. Click the View Details button to open the integration error pop-up.
  4. Here, you'll see a list of the integration errors. To resubmit the data, click the Resubmit button.

I hope this helps. You can also find the details as to why the data was rejected by HubSpot by clicking on the individual leads in the leads table and scrolling down to where the integrations information is displayed. Further information on how to access your leads data can be found here.

As for your second point, I don’t think this is possible from within the Unbounce dashboard. Roughly how many integration errors are you experiencing on your pages?

In HubSpot, you might have the option to manually trigger a resync for specific leads or contacts to ensure accurate lead data enrichment. Navigate to the lead's profile and look for a "Resync" or similar option, considering that lead data enrichment plays a crucial role in maintaining data quality. This can vary depending on your integration setup. Ensure that your integration settings between the source of the leads and HubSpot are correctly configured for seamless lead data enrichment. Sometimes, a misconfiguration can lead to syncing problems and impact the quality of enriched lead data. If the issue persists despite attempts to resync and enrich data, consider reaching out to HubSpot's support team for expert assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your integration setup and help troubleshoot any technical issues related to lead data enrichment.

As for downloading only the leads with errors:

  1. If your integration provides error logs or a dashboard showing failed sync attempts, you can identify the leads that have errors from there. This visibility into errors is crucial for maintaining accurate lead data enrichment.
  1. In HubSpot or your lead source system, you might be able to filter leads by their sync status, focusing on those requiring attention due to enrichment errors. Look for a filter that shows only leads with sync errors, emphasizing the importance of addressing lead data issues promptly.
  1. Once you identify the leads with errors impacting lead data enrichment, you can export their data to a CSV file. This targeted approach ensures that you'll have a list of leads that need attention and can work on resolving the issues that caused the failed sync, thus contributing to improved lead data quality and enrichment.
