The company I work for uses a CRM tool called Simon. We are looking for a way to pass over the unique client ID cookie (sd_client_id) that is set for Simon for users to a hidden field. Any ideas how to do that? Thanks!

Tested some things out using this article and I have not gotten it to work. My coding experience is quite limited, so may need some additional help getting this to work. Any help would be great!
