Is it possible to create a password controlled site? If I need to limit people’s access to the Unbounce site/page with a password, is that possible? If not, do you have any suggestions of a tool that could work?

Hey @lexie

Taryn from Unbounce support here 👋

While there isn’t a native way to do this in Unbounce, you may be able to embed a third party form that allows for a successful password input and then redirects to another page!

The workflow would look like:

  1. Visitor lands on page with embedded third party form (with password capabilities)
  2. Upon successful submission are redirected to another page

I do want to note though that anyone with a link would still be able to access the final page. To limit the traffic, you could hide this page from search engine results.

Thanks,

Taryn

Thanks for the advice Taryn!

If you have a Client dedicated to your client in Unbounce, you could create a new user to this client with a “viewer” type of account. The client could share this access for example.

It’s not perfect but could work to show previews of LP in progress
