I want to add a one-time passcode for phone verification to my forms, has anyone done this? I’m looking at Twilio and ringcaptcha as solutions but I’m not sure about the implementation/ logic. I’m curious if anyone has successfully done this and how it worked!

Hello @emmenentdanger! Great question.

Twilio can be added into Unbounce via the Zapier Integration. The New Form Submission (trigger) would then result in an SMS message sent to the customer (action). Here’s a link to the Zapier article in case you’re interested.

RingCaptcha is one platform I have yet to see used by our customers personally, however I did find this article that mentioned RingCaptcha themselves used their product on Unbounce landing pages to test if it creates more quality leads! My understanding is it would be the implementation of a javascript but I would still recommend reaching out to the RingCaptcha team to validate the process.

Please let me know what you end up proceeding with, I’d be curious to know for future customers! Happy to help if you have any other questions.
