Hello! 

I used the script given in the unbounce community below. Everything works correctly, except that I can’t send the form when I choose the 2nd case of my condition. So my form is unusable.

I contacted the unbounce team by chat who couldn't find the problem and suggested I raise my issue here... 

If anyone can help me that would be great :)
