I've now submitted around 4 support chats/ emails since the weekend because of a billing issue. I'm starting to slightly lose it because I’ve had zero response...not even to say "sorry for the delay".

I'm getting angrier by the day. When do I start going on a rampage?

I even got an answer on a non-billing related issue.

I just don't get it. Is this expected behaviour?
