I am trying to setup google ads tracking on my landing page for form submissions, but am having loads of trouble as I have no idea what to do. Is there a resource that is upto date with step by step guide I can follow. Thanks

Have you looked into the official documentation from Unbounce?  

If you have and still running into issues, it might be worth looking into some freelance help on Upwork or the like. 
(Just make sure whoever you pick has experience setting this up with Unbounce).
