Hi Everyone,


I am trying to track the external link on our landing page but didn’t succeed in setting this up.

This is the format of every external link placed on our landing page -

https://www.example.com./event/clkg/http/www.anotherwebsite.com/


I tried adding the gaTrackEvent code but somehow it appears to be getting removed everytime. Is there a way to achieve this?

If you have recently installed Google Analytics on your pages using our Script Manager tool, it may be worth noting that it can take a full 24 hours before data starts pushing into Google once this has been all setup.


Can I ask you to confirm when you set this up? If it has been less than 24 hours, you may not see that data land in your GA account just yet.


That’s a good place to start, and from there we can investigate further what this might be.
