We are having problems configuring the lightbox form. It gives us an error any time we attempt to test it on mobile : ERROR: {“protected_assets”:{}} shows when a form is submitted
It seems to work on desktop correctly, but we are not getting form submissions sent to our email we entered either, just a “LEAD” message in Unbounce taskbar, which is pointless unless we are logged in. Any ideas how to fix this?

Your form works for me but you seem to have a hidden field underneath the CTA button.
I tested it on an iPhone 7 Plus.
If you are still experiencing problems, you might want to reach out to Unbounce support directly. They are awesome and will be able to tell you what the problem is.
