Has anyone been successfully able to set up a lead gen form to direct to different email addresses based on their selection within a form? We have 18 locations and set up a drop down menu - we would like the lead to be sent to the appropriate store.

You have a couple of possible solutions in your particular case:

Zapier - Use zaps to route the leads to the appropriate location.

Webhooks - You can custom code a webhook script that would accept the lead and route the information based on the dropdown selection.

I’m not sure what you mean by “different tab” but the original question in the thread was in regards to routing the form’s data to different email addresses based on data from that form.
