I built my website LP on unbounce classic builder and I want to create a sticky element on the bottom left corner of my screen. When clicked on, it will open a box with a form, and when submitted, it will send a hook or execute a code.

In regards to the action performed after form submission, what exactly are you looking to do? If you are wanting to use a webhook to integrate your form with your external CRM tool then I’d suggest taking a look at our webhook documentation below:
