You can manipulate the form anyway you like with custom JS and CSS.

However, I’m not really clear on what you mean by “combine horizontal and vertical fields into one form”?

Ty @Hristian! To clarify, if we end up going with a three field phone number, we’d like this particular field to be horizontal in the form but we’d like the rest of the form and fields to be horizontal. Do you know if there are pre-built script either here or on github that show how forms can be manipulated?
