I will be using a multi step form to achieve this;

On Step 1, Visitor will be asked to enter the unique application number that they have received in a mail piece.

On submit, I want to pull the lead data from SalesForce using the application number and post it on step 2 for the visitor to verify the information.

How do I pull that information from Salesforce? Can I use Zapier for this task or do you recommend something else?
