Hi there! So while it’s not possible to let visitors attach files to an Unbounce form at this time, you could always embed a third party form that has the ability to attach files.

If you have a WordPress website, here’s a workaround from another member of the community that involves a third party form tool called Gravity Forms: Upload Files (Images, Documents) into the Form

You can also explore form tools such as Typeform and JotForm, which allow uploading files, but in some cases it requires a paid plan. These types of forms can then be embedded onto an Unbounce page.
