I have been on the hunt for a good website template and came across one that is compatible with ReactJS and Bootstrap. There are CSS and JS files included in the package. Can I use this on Unbounce? I have little to no experience with coding but I really would like to use this template.

No - ReactJS and Boostrap are not compatible with Unbounce.

As @Hristian  said, ReactJS and Bootstrap are not compatible with Unbounce. However, if you like the template, we can clone it on Unbounce for you. Let me know if you need that.
