I did some digging but couldn’t find an answer to this. Is there a way to adjust the content in mobile view so that it fully spans the mobile from edge to edge?

Generally, you should see your content span from edge to edge in mobile. If you want to send a link to the live page so I can take a look or open a support ticket with us at support@unbounce.com , we can see if there is an element out of bounds that might be creating space at the side of your mobile page!
