I am using a form to capture leads. A prospect will submit their name, email address, and the topics they are interested in, such as disability insurance, long term care, investment management, etc. The goal is for the selected topics’ document be made available to download. Basically, I want the content of the form confirmation dialogue to be conditional on which checkboxes are selected. Is this possible? If not, am I able to integrate or embed a Microsoft Form onto an Unbounce page?
