Hi,

I'm trying to set up a lead data export to my external database via the API.

I've generated an API key for the account but as soon as I try to list an entity (I started with the pages), I get a 403 error.

I don't understand where I can set the permissions for the API in my account. And what's strange is that the documentation lists permissions, and pages and leads are among them.

Unbounce API Authorization

Could someone help me unblock this?

Cheers,

Alexis

Thanks for your reply @Md_Mahinur_Khan.

But i finally managed to resolve this problem with Unbounce support.

I forgot to close the ticket, sorry.

Cheers

Hello, I am having the same exact problem and Unbounce support has no idea what I’m talking about. I have 35 pages in the GUI and tens of thousands of leads. But when I use the API with an API key, it shows zero pages and zero leads.

@frishmanmj, Where it shows 0 pages and 0 leads?

@Md_Mahinur_Khan In Postman, using the https://api.unbounce.com/pages it shows a count of zero. I then try the leads API using a page ID I got from the GUI, and it says 403 Forbidden.

A 403 error typically means there is an issue with authorization or permissions. Please make sure that the API key you are using has the correct access rights for the actions you are attempting. Double-check that the API key is associated with the correct account and that your account has permissions enabled for the entity you are trying to access.
