Hi Unbounce community, hoping to get some help here. On my dashboard I see the number of conversions doesn’t tally with the real number of leads. I understand that there are 3 possible reasons:
But I’ve ruled these out. Does anyone have a possible explanation for this? Appreciate it!

Thanks for your reply! I’ve checked with Unbounce support, they’ve checked with me on the 3 points, but we couldn’t arrive at a conclusion.

I saw! I would reach back out to Anna so they can continue to investigate. You should be able to reply to their last response and they’ll be able to continue the investigation.
